Dr. Joe is a native South Dakotan, but his favorite football team is in Minnesota. His passion for Optometry was fueled by his love of optics and long family legacy. When he’s not busy bringing a clearer vision of the world to others, you will find him on the Lake Mitchell Bike Trails, even after dark. Dr. Joe’s best tips for your eye health are to schedule yearly exams, always wear sunglasses, and make nutrition a priority. He and his wife Julie spend their free time chasing the varied sports schedules of their two children, and loving every minute of it.
Jeffrey P. Krall, O.D.

Dr. Jeff was born and raised in Mitchell, SD. His commitment to helping his patients has taken him across the globe but he’s a South Dakotan through and through. He describes himself as someone who likes to tinker. Thirty years of “tinkering” has resulted in everything from homebuilt planes to innovative vision care. When Dr. Jeff isn’t pursuing his passion for vision (or aviation) you’ll find him enjoying life at the lake with his wife Cindy and their three grown children.
Phillip J. Becker II, O.D.

Dr. Phillip Becker, is a born Midwesterner. Raised in a family where education and medicine dominated the discussion around the dinner table. Dr. Becker fell in love with the sciences almost by osmosis. His interest in Optometry was fueled by working summers at the clinic, and his natural affinity for problem solving and serving patients earned him recognition as an accomplished clinician. When not working with patients, he and his wife Molly are busy chasing around their three sons Trace, Brooks and Everett. Dr. Becker welcomes new and existing patients, and most importantly your questions and concerns.
